Mass Schedule

Student Masses are held at Notre Dame Church, just one block from campus at the corner of 114th St. and Morningside Ave.

There will be a special NSOP Week "Move-in Mass" on Sunday, Aug. 30 at 4:30 PM.

Our first CCM student Mass of the year is Sunday, Sept. 6 at the usual time of 5:00 PM, followed by an ice-cream social.

There are many other opportunities to attend Sunday Mass, daily Mass, Confession and Eucharistic Adoration throughout NSOP week. See our Mass Times page for all the details.

Other NSOP week activities

• Friday, Sept. 4, 7:00 PM: Movie Night! Come visit our student center, the Thomas Merton Institute (405 W 114th St., next to Notre Dame Church) for a screening of the 2016 sci-fi classic Arrival.

• Monday, Sept. 7, 12:45 PM: Sacred Architecture Tour. Meet at Notre Dame Church for an introduction to the sacred architecture of Morningside Heights with our pastor and assistant chaplain (and former architect), Fr. Peter Heasley.

• Sunday, Sept. 13, 6:15 PM: Rooftop BBQ. Following the 5:00 PM student Mass, join other Columbia Catholics for a special dinner on the roof of the Merton Institute!
